Acne Studios boutiques across San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sydney, Stockholm and Milan — where each store is designed uniquely for its destination, with a clear connection to the local context and sense of place. From brushed stainless steel to saturated colour ceilings and bold sculptural gestures, every location expresses the brand's distinctive design identity through its own character. Swedish Project acted as program manager across the assignment, steering five parallel projects end to end — coordinating trades, suppliers and timelines across multiple markets, and translating Acne Studios' exacting brand standards into a consistent yet locally rooted boutique experience delivered worldwide.
