A Panerai boutique in Stockholm — a bold, nautical-inspired retail environment where raw concrete, dark timber and dramatic backlit displays bring the brand's Italian design heritage and diving legacy to life. Swedish Project led project management across the assignment, coordinating trades, suppliers and timelines end to end and translating Panerai's exacting brand standards into a refined, immersive boutique experience.
