Who we work with — Maintenance in the Nordics

For retail, restaurant and office operators with one or many sites across the Nordics who need a single maintenance partner instead of calling around for a plumber every time something breaks.

Especially relevant for international brands with no local facilities team, where store staff should not be the ones sourcing contractors.

    How we work

    1. 1. Site audit

We survey each location and record installations, equipment, warranties and condition.

    2. 2. Maintenance plan

A preventive schedule per site with agreed response times for reactive work.

    3. 3. Single reporting channel

Your staff report an issue in one place; we triage, dispatch and keep them informed.

    4. 4. Execution

Local vetted contractors carry out the work, with photo-documented field reports.

    5. 5. Reporting and review

Cost and activity reporting per site, with periodic reviews to reduce recurring faults.

Practicalities of maintaining stores in the Nordics

Nordic properties carry mandatory recurring obligations — ventilation inspections (OVK in Sweden, with equivalents in Norway, Denmark and Finland), systematic fire protection self-inspection and electrical safety checks. Responsibility is split between landlord and tenant in the lease, and it is worth knowing exactly where that line sits before something fails.

Winter brings its own workload across the whole region: entrance matting, heating, door closers and lighting are the most common causes of call-outs between November and March.

Shopping-centre locations restrict when work can be carried out, so most reactive jobs are scheduled outside opening hours. We plan around trading, not against it.
